A glass shattering pistol with three functions. It's heavily inaccuarate, and functions as a handheld shotgun at close range. Spark the trigger to use everything at once, or use the controls

    its the gun called that gun in fallout new vegas it is also the 5.56 pistol from the gun runers arsenal dlc for fallout new vegas

    its form fallout new vegas, but it is reall from a movie called blade runner.

    For colours: Use the rectangle tool with the smudge tool to lightly smudge every colour within it. For shading: Make a black dmnd square accross the screen, and place your save over the top. Next use the smudge tool as described earlier and then remove the dmnd. Your save will now be shaded around the edges

    You are really good. I'm a begginer, so how do you get to smudge those colors so well? mine always coime out either red or blue.
