Antimatter Power Plant. It uses the photons caused my the deut and the anti-matters' chain reaction. Additionally, it creates neg. pres which is what the water bank collects. Enjoy.

  Its almost done! SHould I take out the water system? Its suppose to be powered by negative pressure but its too weak.
