Understanding tpt

I have heard a few things about tpt that I would like to confirm. First of all I hear because of the coding of tpt their can only be 256 elements is that true and if so how could you get around this.
Secondly, I hear that heat and max pressure is limited due to the byte system of tpt and that the max number is 2,147,483,647.
And thirdly that tpt can't code protons. Is that true I can't really imagine that.

I'm not sure about the first two, I think the elements limit is higher than that though. Also, TPT could easily code protons, it would just be useless, as we already have photons, electrons and neutrons, so we don't really need a new energy particle.

yes it is true that tpt can only have 255 elements (As 0 is used too) raising the limit is possible but i don't think you will reach the limit as you still have 100 elements till you will reach it.

that number i think is right (but will have to raise the 1000 k limit firs)
