console command !set type not working

    I was trying to turn compressed thunder into photons, but when I typed this command into the console, the thunder dissapeared, I also tried this with plant, and the same thing happened..could someone help?

    Well it creates invisible photons (which are automatically destroyed) because they don't have a color value. You can make filt into phot by the way.
