Hello! Finally, I completed this project, I say right away: not everyone can start the reactor plant the first time, so don’t scold me for it.

Well, let's start introducing the operational requirements of the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant

All ZNPP employees should read this familiarization document, which guarantees the safe operation of the reactor plant, turbine generators and other vital units of the power unit

And so, let's start with the technical characteristics of ZNPP.

*data listed below refer to one power unit only

    Power - 1000MW

Type of reactor plant: WWER - 1000 (adapted for a powder toy)

    Number of turbogenerator sets:

p.s As you can see, this nuclear power plant is a prototype of a real-life and most powerful nuclear power plant in Europe, but it is adapted to a powder toy

Let's start with the interpretation of terminology and abbreviation

MCP control loop (main circulation pumps), or LR LOOP

L1 - left subcircuit of the primary circuit of the nuclear installation (ON OFF

L2 - the right contour of the first subcircuit of the nuclear installation

The control circuit of the MCP of the second circuit of the nuclear installation (evaporator circuit

    WS- General water suppl

WS1- Circulation pump of the left evaporator circuit

WS2- circulation pump of the right evaporator circuit

Elements of protection and cooling down of a nuclear installation

    CL - nuclear installation coold

EC - emergency cooling down of a nuclear installation (with subsequent withdrawal of uranium rods, pressure relief, liquid nitrogen supply

SCRAM - the same as EC, only more noticeable

ROD ^ - removal of uranium rods from the core

    Nuclear Power Control Panel (RC)

ROD1 - control of uranium rods on the left side of the reactor

ROD2 - control of uranium rods of the right side of the reactor

    PRESSURE+ - Pressure increase

    PRESSURE - Pressure reduction

    Miscellaneous

ALARM - warning about unstable and extremely dangerous modes of operation of a nuclear installation

    GEN - electricity generation

    MTD - core destruction

How to start this infernal machine

    1. Getting Start

First you need a spark KEY (this is the button to unlock the nuclear power plant control systems

Raise the pressure to 15 units

lower the control rods as low as possibe

turn off the MCP of the 1st circuit, the CP of the 2nd circus

You need to warm up the reactor, so there is no need to be afraid that if the above recommendations are followed, the reactor will start to heat up very quick

When the temperature recorder reads from 500 degrees, it is necessary to turn on the MCP of both subcircuits of the first circuit and the water supply of the second circuit

When both circuits are turned on, the reactor will sharply lose temperature (the temperature will drop to about 200 degrees),

When warming up installations in which steam will circulate, you need to understand that condensate will form in the process, and this is normal (it is also normal that there is a refrigerator in the cooling pipe, since ordinary water somehow does not cope well with the condensation of secondary circuit steam)

An interesting fact, I spent 2 days on developing a connection diagram for the control panel, and 1 day on connecting to a nuclear power plant

Well, of course, I don’t force you to act according to the above instructions, since this is just a simulation and no action in this simulation does any harm in reality, so you can do whatever you want, experiment, look for various stupid bugs that I didn’t guess , fire at the ZNPP as the Russian soldiers did (well, that's too much)

Where is the key at? I don't see it.

    EDIT: Found it.
