if my account is caught uploading anything 18+ or so, you know why.

Just because you were hacked elsewhere doesn't mean you are automatically hacked on TPT. If you shared a password, immediately change it here and on any other sites. For best security, you should use a different password on each site.

If you do upload anything inappropriate, you will still be banned for violating the rules. Claiming to be hacked isn't an acceptable excuse, as your account security is your responsibility.

This is why my usernames/passwords are different on every website I use. It's a wonder that I remember each username and password, even email. I have one for gaming/accounts, and the other for business inquiries, (commissions for artwork/independent contracting.)

My primary recommendation is to use a password manager. That way, you can auto generate secure, extremely long passwords, filled with plenty of numbers, uppercase letters, and special characters. Autofill on websites / apps is also nice to have.

But if you don't want to learn to use that ...
My secondary recommendation is to use unique passwords only for as many important sites as you can remember, and for the rest use a basic formula to create passwords. For example, I used to have one with my dog's name and my birthday, then in the middle I put the name of the service I was using, like "tpt" or "minecraft". Most password reuse attacks are automated so this should save you some trouble when your shared password is inevitably stolen.

If you reuse passwords in any way (including my secondary recommendation), expect to have to change it every so often. It will get stolen. My old passwords were stolen too.

Oh trust me these passwords are usually long with random dates, pointing to a certain time in history. Or prehistory in our planets time or sentence. Upper case or lower case letters and etc.
