Insulated Void or ILVD acts like void but doesnt conduct heat like INSL. Thats all it does.
Im sure someone or multiple people could find good uses for this.

It should also block PROT, because normal VOID doesn't delete all protons.

i dont mind also it should delete protons and any protons that somehow get by should be blocked

Both VOID and INSL allow protons through if they are not 2 thick and i cannot seem to find the code related to what to do when protons hit INSL to fix this. So, sorry, but I can't do that.
