Dummy element

    It is just a dummy. It does nothing, just for a placeholder.

    I felt its necessity while building my subframe stuff:

    I'm using CONVs and CRAYs to modify other pixels around;

    It needed some dummy elements to do nothing and not interfere with other pixels;

    I used some elements in the solid tab: ROCK, CRMC, QRTZ, SPNG, BRCK, COAL, etc...

    But some COALs started burning at some time, and SPNGs began sweating.

    Here are some specifics:

    Its ID could be 255...

    And the name would be "DUMY".

    It acts just like DMND by default.

    tmp is used for settings (binary flags). The flags are as follows:

    0x01: do not spread heat

    0x02: blocks pressure

    0x04: blocks energy particles (like GRVT, PROT, etc..?)

    0x08: disappears when life decrements from 1

    0x10: can be affected by CONV

    0x20: can be affected by CRAY

    0x40: LDTCs can copy its ctype

    0x80: DTECs can copy its ctype
