    Do they happen? The code comment says that they don't. The wiki said that as well, but I edited it. For me they do.

    If you see BIZR appearing, then they do:

    It looks like the comment (and wiki entry) contained a typo - the lower end of the range is 0K, not 0C. In the code you can see that the actual range is from 0K to (273.15 + 1500)K.
