If it just "looks" like someone else's save, that isn't stealing, so it's fine. You have to credit them if you used any pieces. But if it's just an idea, it's not necessary.

To give credit, just put a note in the description or a link sign in-game with the author's name, save name, and save id. Credit is necessary when you use actual parts from a save (or the entire save itself).
