    You're cooling tower just clones steam. The cooling systems in normal reactors use cooling lakes or oceans to revert steam back to water.

    remove the clones, those clones create water so the tower stays cool but there is steam being made besides those clones.

    no they didn't create steam. the clone is creating sub zero flame because the water from the lake isnt strong enough to cool it

    In the cooling tower the PCLN is making steam.

    i know that is just effect couldnt make it produce steam
