if you dont want water to escape and if you want to have a cooling device, use ptct mesh, it works very well.

02 works well also with a dmnd mesh try to make it run by itself instead of manual because a lot of people dont know how to work reactors and you dont have to do two reactor cores and cooling towers one is fine then you could spread it out and make it nicer, and add decorations.
