By far not the first Ion Thruster. Also, this isn't even an ion thruster... do you have any idea what an Ion Thruster is?

its a thruster which shoots ions slowly accelerating a mass forward and these could be the first and fastest spacedives which will propell us in space on interstella voyages -_-
