basically an element that is a solid and releases the same amount of pressure -50% that it gets.

eg a particle of dust hits it. it bounces 50% of the height it fell from.

any thaughts

it seems to me like he wasn't suggesting that the rubber moving, but if a powder fell on it the powder would bounce back up, like a trampoline

I think its a good idea it would have loads of uses.
1.Making creations look better e.g. popcorn mercheanes.
2.Obstickals for stick man.

It would be better if it was flammable and a way to make oil in to rubber at sertan pressure and temp and with other element.
