    Between 100C and 130C, the water exaporates, the LRBD burns, and the thing explodes. Above 130C, the thing just solidifies and releases WTRV.

    no, it stays this way throughout the whole liquid range of water. Between -170C and 0C, the whole thing is just ICE + BIZR. Colder than that, the BIZR evaporates and the thing explodes. Above 100C, the water evaporates, but the BIZR stays liquid until 130C, at which point it solidifies.
