Solar panel that uses bizzare to turn PHOT into ELEC, which happens for some reason. This design is not very efficient, but it is VERY simple. Credits to @Bender_ for the battery.

    as of the 96.0 update, you don't need to use SPRK batteries like @Bender_'s anymore. LITH works too and is better.

    It works better if you add a cover to reflect the PHOT
